Just wanted to take a moment and let you know that although I was unable to meet you both in person, and I was so preoccupied with caring for my dog during this very important sales transaction, your overall professionalism and no nonsense approach to the handling of our home sale truly elevated my experience with real estate sales transactions.
Early on, you took an unhurried amount of time to FaceTime with me and get to understand me and learn what I expected from the experience. Big on that list involved not wanting to be bothered with inconsequential things or have to deal with buyers nitpicking apart the house or negotiations. On that you greatly delivered.
A distressed call to your office after the price changed was met with a warm and reassuring call with Hannah. So delightful and unrushed, and her comments played a large role in allowing me the peace of mind to let go of the earlier price expectation.
I certainly wish all of our prior real estate transactions had been so well executed as this. Being physically absent for the most part presented its own challenges, yet you and your team seemed well prepared for this in getting the house cleaned and the documents squared away, especially while we were travelling, and forwarding them onward to the title company as needed.
I am beyond thrilled to say that after years and years of seeing your big billboard size heads on display, I had the presence of mind from 6,000 miles away to place my trust in both you and Chris and your well chosen team to sell our house without the usual drama.
The emotional toll these things can take are never the same from client to client, and your seasoned talent at putting it all together in a relatively short amount of time while respecting our limitations has been a positive experience.
As a side note, I am happy to report that Hubert inadvertently had the chance to meet the father of the buyers at the property, and he gave such a positive impression of the family that it warmed my heart to know what we created and nurtured and had to leave behind in such a short time actually went to a lovely couple.
