Nicole is a lifelong South Floridian who brings deep community insight and practical experience to her real estate practice. Having personally navigated both buying and selling homes, she understands that real estate transactions are among the most important decisions her clients will make. Nicole approaches each relationship with care, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to guiding clients through every step of the process.

Over the course of her career, Nicole has closed more than 140 transactions totaling over 65 million dollars in sales. She holds respected industry designations including Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) with Million Dollar Guild® recognition. Through continuous training and staying current with market trends and technology, Nicole ensures her clients benefit from informed, strategic representation.

Nicole places a strong emphasis on integrity and long-term relationships built on trust. Her background includes more than 15 years working in the legal field as a paralegal, where she developed a disciplined, detail-oriented, and proactive approach that now serves her real estate clients exceptionally well.

Outside of work, Nicole values time with her family and her daughter, Charlotte. She is deeply committed to animal welfare and previously operated a local nonprofit dog and cat rescue for over 14 years. She continues to support animal rehabilitation efforts as a foster parent and enjoys spending time outdoors whenever possible.
