Chris Green is a Partner at Green Realty Properties, working alongside his wife, Broker Patty Da Silva. He brings a strategic and personal approach to marketing and selling luxury homes throughout South Florida. Chris sets high expectations and delivers dependable results.

He leads the firm’s marketing and visual presentation efforts, directing every detail of photography, staging, lighting, drone cinematography, 360 degree tours, and high impact video. Chris is present at each shoot to ensure that every frame reflects the lifestyle buyers seek. He then places this media into precisely targeted digital and social campaigns so that each listing reaches qualified buyers who are ready to act.

His attention to detail is constant. Chris works closely with homeowners to prepare each property to an exceptional standard, oversees inspections, anticipates challenges, and personally attends appraisals and final walkthroughs. If something needs improvement, it is handled. He remains engaged from the first conversation to the transfer of keys.

Real estate is part of his heritage. His father served as Chairman of the Construction Board of Florida and owned Edwin M. Green Swimming Pools, the company behind iconic pools across South Florida, including Fisher Island, the pool at the former Gianni Versace Mansion, and the Fontainebleau. Chris learned construction from the ground up, giving him uncommon insight when evaluating and presenting homes.

His dedication to service was shaped during his time with The Walt Disney Company, where he learned the importance of hospitality and thoughtful execution.

Chris holds a degree in Theater and Film from the University of Georgia and has appeared in nine films, including a speaking role opposite Burt Reynolds in Shadow Fighter. He is also a singer and guitarist, with music available on all streaming platforms, including Promise Me, You and Me, and Hold My Breath.

Chris lives in Davie with Patty, their son Shane, and their Shih Tzus, Sir Riley Bon Jovi and Lady Diana of Davie.
